Role: Junior Business Analyst - Payments & Cards, Business Change, Dublin
Location: Leopardstown, Co. Dublin (Hybrid)

About the Role:
Payments & Cards are responsible for managing the Credit and Debit Card Issuing business for AIB Bank ROI and AIB UK and for the domestic and international payments in AIB Bank ROI. The business unit has ownership for the delivery of a reliable, resilient, and consistent service for consumer and business customers across all channels. We are responsible for a critical element of the bank's customer proposition and operate in a market that is increasingly innovative, technologically based, and competitive.
A vacancy now exists for a Junior Business Analyst within our Payments & Cards Business Change function. The Role requires a candidate who is passionate to learn about change management and driven to produce high quality and innovative products.
The candidate will be required to work with and report into the Change Manager, working closely with colleagues across AIB RoI, AIB UK and EBS. The candidate will assist the team with designing, testing, and implementing new solutions.
