Job Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Carry out thermographic surveys on electrical distribution boards
  • Schedule creation of quotes and keep records on thermographic audits completed
  • Complete reports for the same and issue to the client
  • Represent Aramark at client meetings when necessary and act as first point of contact.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers through all project phases
  • Attend regular progress review meetings, tracking actions, issuing minutes and project updates.
  • Install energy metering kit on electrical, gas and water services and commission the same
  • Order metering kits for projects
  • Ensure commissioning records are compiled and filed for future cross checking on energy meters.
  • Conduct site surveys on various assets to establish type and count of equipment
  • Oversee snagging and sign off at project completion.
  • Ensure all documentation, including commissioning reports / O&M materials are issued on completion.
  • Build working relationships within the Energy Services Team and across the wider company in order to enhance and strengthen opportunities for further business.
  • Liaise with client staff on both technical and management support
  • Be able to work alone and achieve regular targets set for delivery of services to our clients

Key Requirements:

You will have:

  • A Trades Qualification in a related field preferably electrical / building services / refrigeration.
  • An energy related qualification would be an advantage
  • 4 to 5 years’ experience of working in a similar role would be preferred
  • Experience in a control and BMS areas would be very beneficial
  • Working knowledge of the associated Health & Safety requirements
  • A keen understanding of Energy Efficiency / Services sector.
  • Experience of MS Office Suite is a requirement especially with Microsoft excel or similar spread sheets also Microsoft word. Autocad, etc. would be very beneficial.
  • Experience managing technical suppliers and contractors
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • A methodical manner and good organisational skills preferred
  • Ability to learn quickly, work on own initiative and be self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel and hold a Full Irish Driving Licence.
