The Construction Programmer is be responsible for providing full, effective and timely support to the project teams including programming and planning updates and reports to the Program Manager.

Key responsibilities and duties

• Assist with developing construction programmes of work
• Assist with developing programmes for pre-construction and all project phases
• Update and track construction project programmes
• Conduct site visits to look at progress and drawings as required
• Review contractor schedules for risk analysis
• Produce programmes, reports and progress updates in conjunction with the Project and Contract Managers
• Provide accurate programme position information to the Program Manager
• Ensure role is carried out in compliance with relevant health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality
• Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position
• Background in residential construction is desirable
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, specifically MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar
• A full valid driver’s license
