To serve as a resource and contact between wholesalers, travel agents, PSS Hotels and the Customer Engagement Center (CEC).
To support special corporate accounts within the PSS Hotels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for wholesalers and corporate accounts and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
To assist external wholesalers, PSS hotels and CEC with any hotel wholesale enquiries e.g. resolving problems, answering queries. To act as primary point of contact for hotel administration or wholesale related enquiries.
To communicate information regarding hotel wholesalers and hotel specific information in a timely manner and to ensure and monitor understanding of information communicated.
To have a full working knowledge of and be able to promote and sell the PSS hotels.
To respond to telephone, fax, email and hotel wholesaler and administration enquiries on behalf of the PSS hotels in a timely manner and make reservations accordingly.
To perform any reasonable request as directed by the PSS hotels management.
To have a thorough knowledge all bookings systems; EMPOWER and MARSHA.
Job Pre-requisites
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Demonstrated good analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills – able to demonstrate self-managing and operate within a team.
