Responsibilities:
⦁Provide support to clients through email and chat
⦁Negotiate with both hosts and guests
⦁Carry out investigations to ensure the overall avoidance of fraud and scam claims
⦁Follow up on and investigate claims in a timely and professional manner
⦁Ensure fair and accurate resolution of customers’ claims
⦁Troubleshoot, negotiate and provide information and solutions to customers
⦁Maintain a professional, calm attitude in high stress situations
⦁Maintain confidentiality and adherence to data protection
⦁Reaching set targets on a daily basis.
Requirements:
⦁Experience working within Customer Service
⦁Experience working within an administration role is desirable
⦁Previous experience in conflict resolution is a distinct advantage
⦁Ability to deal with complex and challenging situations
⦁Must have a high attention to detail
⦁Must have a minimum B2 level of English, both written and verbal
⦁Must have good IT skills
⦁Ability to work alone and as part of a team
⦁Outstanding communication and organizational skills
⦁Strong Internet connection to allow working from home (both upload and download)
