As a Project Coordinator, you manage several activities and deadlines to
gain a clearer picture of client, team and project needs. Imagine the possibilities as your role

As a key member of our team, we will rethink
construction together, from idea to
completion. Everywhere. All the time. Period.

• Assist the project team with
  coordination and project support;


• Collaborate and keep the lines
  of communication open when working with team members, trade partners,
  consultants and clients;


• Take pride in your ability to
  effectively review, interpret and update the construction schedules;


• Utilize your passion for organization through maintenance, review
  and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change
  notice quotes and project completion documents


• Effectively collect, review and
  analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the very best prices in
  the market;


• Take pride in compiling and
  completing companywide project reports;


• Assemble, attend, document and
  emphasize the importance of project meetings;


• Demonstrate leadership in
  Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project.   Effectively apply the requirements of
  the project specific safety standards to promote Pomerleau’s HS&E
  standards, applicable OH&S acts, regulations and codes with all
  employees and trade partners on the project

What YOU Will Bring

• 1-3 years’ experience in the
  Civil or ICI construction industry;


• University Degree/Technology
  Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry
  experience;


• A proven track record of
  project coordination and team collaboration;


• Solid written and verbal
  English communication skills;


• Bilingualism in French and
  English is required in our Quebec provinces only;


• Strong computer skills with
  enthusiasm for innovation;


• Motivated to succeed and work
  within a team.
