Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with DGL team to create and execute our new strategy so as to grow core business and shape the future

  • Partner and influence our agency partners to ensure we deliver the most compelling execution possible with the right licensees within the right categories

  • Partner with GBTs to ensure Licensing is integrated into strategic pillars and we are able to measure and evaluate our impact

  • Actively performance manage delivery of the AOP across scorecard KPIs

  • Play your part to build the profile and reputation of Licensing across the Diageo business to ensure we build pace and momentum across all strategic brands

  • Build commercial rigour and capabilities across all teams involved in DGL both internal and external

About you:

  • Expert in commercial acumen, with senior experience in sales or customer marketing

  • Negotiation experience essential

  • Retail and brand experience useful

  • Proven track record of influencing skills with proven ability to work with senior stakeholders

  • Proven strategic judgement with the ability to translate strategy into action  

  • Ability to flex operating style across senior stakeholders and external agencies and partners
