 About our Graduate Programme

Graduate Training
and Development forms part of our overall programme and has been designed to
help you develop the necessary behaviours to grow and progress throughout the
programme and beyond. We offer agility across different areas and different
roles, providing you with plenty of opportunities to build your network across
the organisation.

 Our Finance Team

We’re made up of
small teams where you have the chance to expand your knowledge and be heavily
involved in ongoing projects. We view inclusion & diversity, wellbeing and
ongoing learning & development as key enablers that help our business to
grow and deliver AIB’s strategic and financial objectives.

Modern
careers in finance are grounded not only in solid finance and accounting skills
and experience but also in data analyse and management and you will be able to
develop these skills too. We provide full support in achieving your
professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CFA), along with a
generous study leave policy for further backing.

 The
Programme has an emphasis on providing the opportunity to gain experience in
different roles across Finance through rotations. Each graduate will rotate a
couple of times over the course of the programme into areas of the business

 What you’ll need:

• An expected
  minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of
  Ireland) is a prerequisite for those joining the AIB graduate
  programme.


• Candidates
  must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit
  for the full duration of the 3.5-year contract (September 2024 – March
  2028).

 Confirmation of
these will be sought if successful for the role.
