Your Role:
To support all aspects of the HR Business Unit IT systems required to support the HR Operation, optimising HR Information Technologies and working with vendors engaged in day to day support, development initiatives and supporting the governance of Cloud Hosted HR IT. The current HR technical infrastructure is a mix of 3rd party software solutions hosted internally and externally (including Cloud); `home built¿ EUC solutions on MS Access, MS Excel and SharePoint. You will engage with Permanent TSB¿s Group IT Division to ensure HR compliance with the Group¿s IT Policies in respect of all HRIT Business Unit IT Systems.
Your Team:
You will be a member of a team that delivers support to our HR IT System users within the Corporate Development & HR function and our Management Self Service and Employee Self Service users across the Bank. You will work alongside the Data Team and HR Operations Hub team and report to the Data and Technology Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the successful day to day operation of the current HR-IT infrastructure (specifically, People XD, SAP Success Factors) including data integrity, scheduled automated interface and reporting processes; MS Access databases; cloud based HRIS and Talent software; HR SharePoint content portals; sFTP routines.
- Ensure Group IT compliance in respect of the HR EUC Access applications, extending to an annual review in accordance with legislative requirements on behalf of HR.
- Develop and maintain documentation to describe HRIS processes interfaces and data structures.
- Ensure user guidelines and documentation is available as self-service guides.
- Act as an advisor to the HR team in relation to the integration of external IT systems with HR systems
- Suggest best approach and most effective manner to deliver the optimum solution within the constraints of current infrastructure.
- Regularly review existing and emerging technologies and advise on the best future technical direction for HR.
- Lead the account management agenda and support the relationship management between HR and suppliers of Technology related services (specifically Core HR, SAP Success Factors, Avnet)
- Support the Account management between HR and Group IT
- Implement User Acceptance Testing in respect of modifications to HRIS (Core HR, SAP Success Factors, etc.) in conjunction with the relevant product SMEs
- HR Data Steward & Data Governance Oversight
- HR Representative on the Data Assurance Forum
- Data and Data Quality Management & EUC monitoring and oversight
- Data Access Oversight and Role Based Access Management
- Drive a risk aware culture that is aligned to the risk appetite of the PTSB
- Identify risks and have mitigating and control factors in place
- Apply effective stakeholder management and ensure that expectations and perceptions are managed effectively
- Deliver projects on time, to budget and of a high quality
- The types of projects may include performance management, compensation, benefits and talent management, system upgrades.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven ability of delivering to SLAs
- Clear track record of working effectively in situations that require decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
- Able to show excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality
- Experience with relevant HR systems, applications, and tools; metrics, data, and business intelligence tactics
- Experience of IT Service Management with a strong focus on service provision preferably in a financial services organization
- Good understanding of current employment legislation and compliance
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems, Core HR an advantage
- Expert command of Microsoft products critical to the delivery of the responsibilities of the role, (specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
