Role Purpose

This is an exciting role in the Marketing customer communications team where you will create unique content including instructional videos, imagery and creative copywriting. You will be responsible for supporting the wider Bord Gáis Energy marketing team (s) in their activities across Residential, Services & Solutions, and Rewards. You’ll also be heavily involved working with our agencies on design of assets and assisting on production of collateral.

Key Accountabilities

• Content creation for all lifecycle communications including design, video creation and copywriting
• Copywrite for all BGE communications and customer facing touchpoints.
• Working with agencies to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
• Design and produce suite of assets to be used across site, social and any format
• Supporting marketing administration of Marketing Comms Teams
• Work closely with CVM, Legal, Marketing and wider teams in the business that require ongoing support and design for customer communication.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Marketing Executive or similar role
• Excellent creative content writing skills
• Excellent in design and creative concept development
• Video creation experience essential
• Project management experience desirable
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelors degree in marketing or relevant field
