People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the QSP team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to delivering value for our Client demonstrating initiative to drive best practice and continuous improvement. A “can-do” attitude combined with a customer-centric focus is essential for success in this role.
The primary focus of this role is the planning, auditing, installation, withdrawal and maintenance of Diageo Ireland permanent and temporary equipment, including the positioning of key Diageo consumer facing brands. The objective is to represent Diageo in a professional manner and to deliver their trusted quality programme in outlets across the ROI.
Reporting to the QSP Service Manager, this role involves:
Working in the On-Trade sector the purpose of the role is the planning, Auditing, Installation, Withdrawal and Maintenance of Diageo Ireland permanent and temporary equipment, including the positioning of key Diageo consumer facing brands.
Being a ‘Guardian of Quality’ by rectifying issues that are identified during cyclical visits – either via Dispense Representatives or Diageo Audits.
Leading the coordination of Service Work within the Hub to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned to deliver a Quality service to the publican.
The role will be charged with resolving these issues to a high standard and within acceptable timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be the leader of the planning process within the hub that supports the quality agenda and the Service Manager.
· The main elements of the role are planning, auditing, installation, withdrawal, and maintenance of dispense equipment to include permanent and temporary equipment; based on required work identified in trade.
· Liaising with and organising 3rd party suppliers to ensure that work is coordinated and delivered on time. (e.g. Refrigeration contractors, Gas Suppliers etc)
· To be the first point of escalation for the Dispense Managers and Representatives to resolve Service queries.
· Provide support for the Service Manager during periods of leave/absence in specific areas.
· Accurate management, reporting and recording of equipment stocks in district;
· Product Quality Tracking and reporting;
· To build and maintain strong customer & internal relationships;
· Delivery and placement of POS material and basic merchandising when required;
· Deliver the KPI’s against SLA’s within your hub.
· To operate in an effective, efficient and professional manner when completing all tasks and representing CPM and client
· To work within industry health and safety standards;
· To generate new ideas and ways of working
· To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
· To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
· 5 years’ experience of working in the on-trade sector, with demonstrable experience coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives.
· 5 years’ experience of customer facing role
· Experience in leading projects & people
· Expert ability to diagnose and rectify system/process faults
· Experience of reading technical drawings
Bachelors Degree
