Role Responsibility

• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders that add value and are based on mutual trust, support, innovation and continuous improvement of systems, processes, and services
• Capability to take ownership and be accountable for all aspects of the role, ensuring task delivery is within timescales, to a high standard whilst delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the appropriate use of equipment and facilities, and that the working environment is maintained in good order.
• Undertake maintenance and reactive activity to a wide range of Electrical Building Services equipment including but not limited to LV systems, general lighting, building controls, small power and distribution, and other equipment found in modern commercial/industrial premises.
• Liaise with suppliers/wholesalers/external contractors and assess costs and delivery times in accordance with the Sodexo procurement procedures to complete required maintenance or breakdown service.
• Comply with all Company and client policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, including human resources, site rules, health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace
• Ensures that staff welfare is met where possible without delay and actively champion a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff

The Ideal Candidate

• 3 years’ experience in electrical building services and plant maintenance
• Safe Pass Training  
• Level 6 of the NQAI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent  
• Excellent communications both written and verbal.
• Exceptional customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude
• Numerate and computer literate.
• Good Knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance
• Full Clean Driver’s License
