We’re looking for someone who will:

  • Understand third party management, (including SRM, BCM and Exit management) and the role they play in EBS.
  • Providing support to the EBS TPM Portfolio Owner and EBS TPM Manager with respect to the status of TPM & SRM deliverables.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with third party suppliers ensuring delivery of services in line with the AIB Supplier Relationship Management Standard.
  • Work as part of a team in supporting EBS to meet its significant regulatory requirements from a third party management perspective.
  • Complete work activities to a high standard and have good attention to detail.
  • Engagement with external suppliers ensuring delivery of services in line with AIB Supplier Relationship Management Framework.
  • Support the on-going review of Service Level Agreements and the Risk Assessment process for third party suppliers.
  • Engage and influence at a high level across the AIB Group to ensure that EBS is considered a key stakeholder within the TPM agenda.

 

You will need to show us that you can have:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in banking in a similar role or similar experience in another industry.
  • Experience in building and maintaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills with a proven ability to deliver results to tight and competing timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills evidenced by successful negotiation and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of EBS products while not a pre-requisite, would be desirable.
