Understand third party management, (including SRM, BCM and Exit management) and the role they play in EBS.
Providing support to the EBS TPM Portfolio Owner and EBS TPM Manager with respect to the status of TPM & SRM deliverables.
Maintain a high level of engagement with third party suppliers ensuring delivery of services in line with the AIB Supplier Relationship Management Standard.
Work as part of a team in supporting EBS to meet its significant regulatory requirements from a third party management perspective.
Complete work activities to a high standard and have good attention to detail.
Engagement with external suppliers ensuring delivery of services in line with AIB Supplier Relationship Management Framework.
Support the on-going review of Service Level Agreements and the Risk Assessment process for third party suppliers.
Engage and influence at a high level across the AIB Group to ensure that EBS is considered a key stakeholder within the TPM agenda.
You will need to show us that you can have:
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in banking in a similar role or similar experience in another industry.
Experience in building and maintaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders.
Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills with a proven ability to deliver results to tight and competing timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills evidenced by successful negotiation and networking skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple teams.
Knowledge of EBS products while not a pre-requisite, would be desirable.
