Our Graduate Training and Development programme lasts 23 months from September 2023 – August 2025. The programme has been designed to help you develop the behaviours that will accelerate your growth throughout the programme and beyond. We offer mobility across different areas and different roles, providing you with plenty of opportunities to expand your experience, your knowledge and build your network across the organisation.
We’ll encourage you to join and engage with our Employee Resource Groups, under our iMatter programme. These are self-formed groups of employee volunteers who come together because they are interested in a particular topic, usually related to diversity and inclusion. These groups such as Family Matters, Women Matters, Pride Matters, Roots Matters and Ability Matters are fully supported by AIB.
