We are currently recruiting for a HR Recruitment Specialist. The role will be Hybrid, split between our National Office in Dun Laoghaire and remote work!

This is a Fixed-Term (1 year), Full-Time, 35 hour contract.

Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides community-based residential rehabilitation services for people living with a brain injury in Ireland. Our mission is to serve, advocate, empower and support people impacted by brain injury to rebuild their lives.

The HR Recruitment Specialist will participate as a key member of the HR team by ensuring the efficient and effective day to day administration of the Recruitment activities within the Organisation. This role will manage the administrative recruitment dataflow into and out of the HR office, provide administrative and project support to a busy HR Department, and provide a high quality, responsive service to both staff and managerial recruitment administrative queries.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant HR qualification

Experience:

  • Relevant Recruitment or HR experience in a similar role
  • Strong administration and record keeping experience
  • Demonstrable success at ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in carrying out work responsibilities
  • Excellent Microsoft office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Desirable:

  • HR systems experience
  • Previous recruitment administration experience
