Key responsibilities for this role include:
Responsible for identifying Decision Making Units within key accounts and building strong partnerships
Responsible for implementing the tactical plans across the Hospital sales channel
Build strong external networks and partnerships that drive opportunities
Identifies and prioritizes opportunities through understanding customers’ business and strategic imperatives
Responsible for developing and executing an effective Key Account Plan for each segment within the territory
Manages all commercial activities around territory accounts to achieve agreed upon business objectives
Applies a mastery of business acumen, including understanding of key account business, industry, economic trends, issues and competition. Is prepared to educate colleagues across Viatris on insights gained
Coordinates and leads with cross functional teams to deploy Viatris offers and/or value propositions with customers
Consistent monitoring of Gross to Net within key accounts in territory
Contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans to increase/strengthen business in selected accounts by gathering and disseminating up-to-date market intelligence
Drive a high degree of compliance in accordance with Viatris and Industry code, policies and procedures
Close collaboration with supply forum to help mitigate/communicate supply constraints and where possible drive solutions to minimise patient impact
Conduct HCP enagagements as a Viatris ambassador and uphold the Viatris reputation
Accountable for monitoring compliance of volume/discount thresholds on a quarterly basis
Collaborate with local cross functional teams on new product implementations
Participate in and where possible lead business case submissions to regional teams on behalf of the local market
Support scenario planning for price/volume/segmentation changes
Accountable for driving Territory Data needs and collaborating with the Analytics team to implement solutions
Responsible for monthly performance reporting by using analytical tools to drive insights in variances and build actionable plan to mitigate risk to revenue targets
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
