As our Solutions Training Coordinator, you’ll support HID’s success by:
Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Deliver training to end-users and internal stakeholders on HID’s Identity Solutions.
Ensure training programs are fulfilled to customer requirements.
Analyzing customer needs and designing the best training program.
Managing training plans and timelines with the delivery team.
Creating and managing training materials for our Identity Programs including written documentation, presentations, and video content.
Always maintains standards, holding the business and stakeholders to account for delivery of project objectives (time and quality).
Manage all aspects of the training processes.
Coordinate and oversee training.
Liaise with key stakeholders such as the Program Mangers, internal technical teams such as Development Leads, Quality Assurance Lead, Customer representatives, and the various vendors.
Chairing meetings/workshops and presenting to a varied stakeholder group.
Be held accountable for timely communication of status or critical decisions needed from accountable executives - Proactively identify options/recommendations.
Participate in the Core Team reporting.
Ensure customer satisfaction, overcoming obstacles, and escalating concerns when required.
Other duties may be assigned as required.

Your Experience and Education include:
Requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience delivering end-user training programs.
Experience of senior stakeholder management.
Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers.
