Summary:
LMC FM is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop a career in this growing sector.
Responsibilities:
· As part of this role, you will be expected to manage and develop improvements of sub-contractors and staff under the following criteria:
o Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance / KPI’s
o Health & Safety
o Adherence to all relevant legislation
o Adherence to Budget
· Negotiate and interpret contracts, and monitor ongoing fulfilment of contractual obligations
· Oversee and guide all technical support to ensure compliance with both regulations and customer requirements
· Oversee all administration and invoicing for the client, as required
· Work with the Services’ Manager and Operations Team to ensure Day to Day Operations run smoothly
· Support the Operations Team in delegating, organising and coordinating all resources to ensure successful completion / implementation of services
· Report to the client on contract progress and ensure client satisfaction utilising the agreed KPI’s
· Establish and develop opportunities to diversify or increase contractual services to the client
· Work with Senior Leadership to prepare costings in response to client requests for quotations
· Manage Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Meetings with the client
Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree Level (BA/BS) preferred
· Previous experience in a Contracts Management role within the Facilities Management Industry
· Proven experience with contracting principles and practices, and general/ industry specific regulatory and compliance requirements
