Job Descriptions



Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and execute online and voice Business Banking current account & credit applications

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products and services

  • Interact and form links with Business Banking customers and other partners while operating within agreed service level agreements

  • Provide advice to Business Banking customers on products and services that meet their financial needs

  • Prepare required credit assessment recommendations

  • Satisfy regulatory obligations, .e.g. SME Lending Regulations

  • Work as part of a team and on own initiative

  • Measure key performance indicators to ensure you meet agreed objectives

Requirements:

Essential

  • APA Loans / QFA Qualified

  • Computer literate in MS Office applications – minimum Word and Excel

  • Understanding of sales systems and processes

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills  

Desired

  • Previous telephony / call centre experience

  • Previous Business Banking experience

  • Previous sales/customer service experience
