As our Senior Manager, International Payroll, you’ll support HID’s success by:
Leading payroll operations for EMEA and APAC regions (30+ countries)
Mentoring and supporting and small internal payroll shared services team in EMEA and APAC
Managing the relationship and performance of third-party vendors who support payroll in these regions
Ensuring that robust processes, procedures, and controls are in place to support accurately and timely delivery of payroll services
Developing relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external, particularly HR and Finance teams.
Evaluating and enforcing practices to support compliance in each country
Maintaining a strong control environment, including protection of employee related data
Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to ensure the department is always adhering to best practice
Leading the integration of new companies in the HID Group into payroll shared services portfolio
Compiling and presenting metrics to management on relevant KPI’s
Taking part or lead global payroll projects for the companies as required

Your Experience and Education include:
Degree holder or equivalent relevant experience in business, finance, commerce or similar
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in jobs of increasing responsibility in a multinational environment
Minimum of 5 years of people management experience. Experience of managing people internationally preferred.
A proven track record of project management or leading process improvement initiatives.
Experience of managing payroll using outsourced vendors in multiple countries, regions.
