The
Infrastructure Project and Programme Management team is growing and we
are looking for experienced Project Co-ordinators to work alongside our
PMs to support the delivery of infrastructure projects within the power
and utilities sectors.

T&T are working alongside our
infrastructure clients to realise our core visions and values as well as
support the Irish government ambition of achieving 70% percent
renewable energy on the power grid by 2030 and the UK target of being
net zero by 2050.

Our project co-ordinators are embedded into our
client teams to work alongside client and contractors to deliver the
overall programme and portfolio strategic aims. They work with all
levels of the organisation to ensure the highest quality of project
management deliverables for all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into defined deliverable in accordance with project governance, assign actions and set delivery timeframes
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management and follow up to close outstanding actions.
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Analyse risks and opportunities
  • Developing reports and presentations for internal governance
  • Oversee project procurement management (procurement of consultants)
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
  • Issue
    all appropriate governance and legal paperwork (e.g. gateway paper,
    Budgets, Environmental Impact Assessment, consultant contracts and terms
    of agreement)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, gateway papers, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Document outcomes (actions and decisions) from internal governance meetings and set timeframes to close out.

Qualifications

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator
  • Experience supporting the delivery of projects from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft software (powerpoint, excel, word etc)
