Job Descriptions



The key responsibilities associated with the role are

  • Provide administrative engineering support for multiple STS Electrical projects prior to commencement
  • Managing project(s) design documentation
  • Managing RFI (Request for Information) and ETS ( Technical Submittals) process associated with each project
  • Distribution of relevant documentation to Vendors / Suppliers for specific project quotations
  • Reporting on the above

 

The ideal candidate needs to be an enthusiastic person with the following skill set

 

  • Experience preferable but not essential
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Proficient Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point etc…)
  • Strong and efficient organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking
  • Ability to work well in a challenging but supportive environment
