Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with data analytics / mathematics / statistics / IT or another related field including a significant numerical element, or equivalent gained through relevant work experience

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Data design, modelling and analysis
  • Strong communication, presentation and business partner skills to work effectively with wider GDAO, finance, front-line business and risk teams
  • Interpretative and analytical skills, with the confidence to provide a professional, objective and independent viewpoint
  • High energy, bias for action, drive for results, strong resilience and focus on execution excellence
  • Proficiency in MS tools like Word, Excel, preferably Excel Macros, MS Access; knowledge of MS Project, SQL and other Database tools is a plus.

Desirable Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • Broad understanding of IT Development and Operational practices
  • Avolution ABACUS or similar Enterprise Architecture tool
  • Apptio, IT financial modelling and TBM tool
