We are looking for full time Kitchen Assistant to join our Riverstick Care Centre (Curra, Riverstick, Co Cork P43 Y006)

Duties & Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Assist in the preparation and service of all meals and beverages for residents in adherence to standards of hygiene.
• Assist and support the Cook in the preparation and cooking of excellent quality and wholesome meals and home baking.
• Support and assist the Cook/ Chef with all documentation when required.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the kitchen and ensure safe storage of foods in accordance with legislative standards.
• Carry out assigned cleaning duties including: - cleaning of equipment, kitchen appliances, crockery, windows etc.

Licence:

• Driving Licence (preferred) or be in a position to commute Eircode T56 TC04.

Work authorisation:

• Ireland (essential)
