• Works under limited supervision (Depending on level of experience). In all cases there will be the support of the wider team to help the individual develop their skills in areas that are need

• Takes responsibility for definable parts of project – may include full responsibility on smaller projects

• Knowledge of ETCI, CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS and EN Standards

• Takes responsibility for elements of work which may include supervision of other staff

• Champions the QA system

• Carries out Audits of other projects under the QA system

• Manages upkeep of project design file

•  Working towards a professional qualification

• Takes a proactive role in a broad range of tasks and activities

• Delivers on time in an organised way

• Balances demands, copes well with interruptions and switches well between tasks

• Has good ideas and shares them with others

• Some client & liaison and Design Team meeting exposure

• Deals with onsite activities – Inspections and liaising with Contractors and Vendors

• Promote positive message internally and externally
