Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be accountable for the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience within our corporate TA team.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills.

PART TIME 20HRS PER WEEK

How you will spend your day:

  • Strategically work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure Support/Corporate Hiring requirements across the business are achieved.
  • Full life-cycle management of the talent acquisition process, from candidate attraction right through to offer management.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, building a deep understanding of their business, role requirements and desired profiles.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing strategic partnerships with third party venders.
  • Maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company's growth
  • Act as 1st point of contact for all recruitment activities, ensure best in class candidate experience
  • Identify talent via direct channels, headhunting, referrals, networking.
  • Screen potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience and a thorough in-depth assessment.
  • Build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire for stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage, Coach & Develop TA Consultant.
  • Any other recruitment related duties as outlined by Line Manager.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years Recruitment Experience working in a hands-on busy recruitment function, either agency or inhouse.
  • Proven technical recruiting skills, including direct sourcing capability across LinkedIn and/or similar channels with an ability to run sophisticated direct searches to target profiles.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude to change.
  • Have a high level of commercial and business focus to ensure the relevance of all hiring activities and solutions.
  • Takes pride in ensuring excellent candidate experience at all times
  • Excellent ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence when necessary
  • Highly credible interviewer
  • Ability to work in team environment and communicate effectively with key stakeholders and business partners.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and complete key tasks and deliverables.
  • Understands the importance of employer branding
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT systems skills
