Role Purpose:
The main purpose of the Net Zero
Coordinator is to coordinate all installations jobs including the scheduling of
initial site surveys, tracking of quotations issued and liaising with customers
and installation teams, ensuring that all installations are carried out in a
timely manner. The role will primarily include support to the project team
members, liaising with the QA (Quality Assurance) department and also with SEAI
(Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland), third party contractors and
customers. The successful candidate should have an ability to work with
different departments to support day-to-day tasks and reporting, along with the
drive to engage with third party vendors and partner companies, as well as
public sector organisations such as SEAI.
The successful candidate will work
closely with the team to ensure the segment’s objectives are being met in line
with the strategic plan.
Key
Accountabilities:
- To
promote the Core Bord Gáis Energy Values by providing a friendly and
professional service to our partner companies and other third parties.
- Manage
all installation leads received, scheduling initial site surveys,
coordinating with customers and answering any queries they may have on
quotations issued.
- Coordinate
with customers on installations dates, schedule installation crews and
ensure all the specified part’s and materials are ordered to site for the
start of installations.
- Oversee
and track any project documentation ensuring all projects, grant
applications, payments and certification are correctly processed and
filed.
- Manage
the processing of new vendors in a compliant, timely and professional
manner.
- Gather
documents, maintain records and respond to queries relating projects
underway Liaise with the QA team to ensure all site visits and audits are
successfully achieved and all documentation recorded.
- Prepare
file submissions and ensure all files are complete and troubleshoot
errors.
- Process
payments to vendors and third parties Providing support to the team,
ensuring we uphold agreed SLAs to meet regulatory obligations and customer
expectations.
- Support
key project initiatives within Bord Gáis Energy and the Services &
Solutions department to meet overall business objectives and annual
targets.
- Responsibility
for maintaining Sharepoint documentation and file storage
- Analysis
and reporting on key metrics for the team to ensure delivery against KPI
targets.
- Any
other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
