Responsibilities:
⦁ Maintain and manage relationships with new and existing clients
⦁ Respond to all incoming calls, emails and all other customer service enquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
⦁ Provide product knowledge and technical support information
⦁ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
⦁ Provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times
Requirements:
⦁ Must have a minimum B2 level of English, both written and verbal
⦁ Must have good IT skills
⦁ Experience working within a customer service role is desirable
⦁ Must be self-driven, customer focused and results-orientated
⦁ Ability to work alone and as part of a team
⦁ Excellent communication and organisational skills
