The Graduate Rotation Programme – September 2024
During the 2-year programme, beginning in September 2024, participants will participate in a structured rotation across various departments (including Production, Automation, Engineering, EHS, Quality) within the site. A comprehensive on-boarding program, on-going training and mentorship support is provided.
During the programme, you will be involved in the following:
Structured mentoring and coaching – with objectives being set for each assignment
Attend management training programmes
Exposure to all levels of the organisation via communications meetings, cross-functional team meetings, leadership meetings
Key member of a process team
Support cost improvement projects for key API manufacture processes
Responsible for the management of various day-to-day operations across the plant and assigned to specific projects
Actively support the Sports & Social Club
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Currently studying towards or recently completed an honours University degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biopharmaceutical Engineering or related science or engineering discipline Engineering or related science or engineering discipline
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communications skills
Have a willingness to learn and to be challenged
Bachelor's degree
