Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Senior Supply Chain Analyst and SAP Specialist role will make an impact:
Technical expert SAP OTC/PTS/SD
Drive SAP improvement initiatives, design new SAP forms and workflows to improve business process and improve user experience.
Responsible for functional specifications in support of new functionality and improvements.
Adept at troubleshooting and resolving operational SAP issues, through structured problem solving, determination of root cause and implementation of corrective actions.
Act as connection between business and IT ensuring business needs are communicated and understood by communicating effectively and appropriately with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Designing process for proactive checks on business-critical SAP fields to avoid blocks / delays and ensuring smooth financial, physical and transactional flow of material through the Viatris network thus supporting revenue attainment.
Processing Supply/Demand Signals from RR in SAP – via PO and SO creation
Maintenance of data in SAP for Purchase Orders & Purchase information records.
Creation of IBD (Inbound Delivery) and PGI (Post Goods Issues) in SAP GEP.
Responsible for understanding all dynamic and complex supply chains and product flows and acting on behalf of the team to identify enhancement opportunities.
Support for automation activities.
Responsible for supporting future integration initiatives to align to standard Centre of Excellence processes.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and have awareness when to escalate.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
A minimum of 7 years SAP SCM experience, specifically SD, OTC and PTS
Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and standard methodologies is required.
Experience with developing WRICEF Functional Specifications
Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Simplifications and Enhancements will be preferred
Ability to design, improve and maintain systems and work on own initiative.
Experience with advance planning systems e.g. Rapid Response would be a distinct advantage.
Experience with dynamic and complex supply chains is preferred.
