Key Responsibilities and Duties:

 

About the Role

 

We are looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and resilient HR Administrator who is passionate about people and process improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with foundational HR experience who is eager to grow and evolve within a fast-paced, values-driven organisation.

Based in Accuscience HQ office in Naas, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce across various locations in Ireland. If you enjoy solving problems, streamlining processes, and interacting with people daily, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Provide hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.

Be the first point of contact for employee queries, offering timely, empathetic, and solutions-focused support.

Maintain and optimise HRIS systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Collaborate on recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.

Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies.

Generate HR reports and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Partner with payroll and finance teams to ensure seamless HR data flow.

 

Key Skills and Competencies:

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Prior experience in an HR support / HR administrative role.

Basic understanding of Irish employment law and HR practices.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).

Comfortable working with HRIS platforms

A natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a drive to improve processes.

Curious, flexible, and resilient—able to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping people.

A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to learning and development.
