Due to continued growth, we are looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Field
Service Engineer (Commercial/Enterprise) to join our Service team based at our Dublin CTC. You will be part of a
dedicated team of engineers responsible for delivering service and maintenance solutions to a diverse portfolio of
clients, including enterprise-level organisations. Your role will involve solving complex technical issues, supporting
system upgrades, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience.”
• Respond to and resolve technical service requests
• Manage and take ownership of complex service calls to resolution, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and adhere to company reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve service operations and customer experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Convergint in a professional manner
• Support continuous improvement of service process
• Maintain tools, equipment and Service vehicle in good working order
• Particiapte in the on call roster

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the electronic security industry, including enterprise level systems.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic security integration technologies.
• Proven experience with systems such as CCure, Lenel, Genetec and Prowatch.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and IP-based system configuration.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail and strong diagnostic ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commercially aware with the ability to contribute to service process improvements.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Full, clean driving license is essential.
