Concrete Products and Aggregates – Millennium Business Park Dublin

Our Concrete Products and Aggregates business is a high performance and profitable business unit supporting our Irish
customers. At Kilsaran, we are trusted by businesses and contractors alike to produce quality construction materials that
are fundamental in the creation of our national infrastructure, including large commercial buildings, domestic and
agricultural construction, office blocks and major road networks.
Based from our location in Millennium Business Park the successful individual will work as part of the Dublin
Maintenance team in field service work at our Concrete production facilities in the greater Dublin area. The successful
candidate will have responsibility for electrical maintenance and repair of plant and machinery in an efficient and safety
driven manner. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:

 As part of the Dublin Maintenance team you will be responsible for maintaining production machinery &
equipment on seven Dublin sites.
 Attending to, and resolving breakdowns in a time sensitive manner.
 Liaise with contractors & suppliers when required.
 Undertaking electrical installations as required.
 Ensure that preventative maintenance becomes a priority to assist in the continuation of a demanding
production schedule
 Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety, be fully compliant with Company
Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you
work safely at all times.

Skills Required:

 Fully Qualified Electrician.
 Experience in 3 phase/ Single phase Electrical system, and control voltage 24/110v.
 Knowledge of automated PLC systems.
 Fault finding experience.
 Maintain & update Electrical Drawings
