Your main responsibilities will be:
Enhance
advertising campaign performance and ROI for European markets by streamlining
our reporting and media performance analysis processes.
Address key issues
that are currently affecting our advertising campaigns across various media
channels to improve the efficiency of our performance reporting process, which
is currently manual and agency FTE/resource intensive, to provide a more
comprehensive view of our performance on a weekly basis.
Take ownership of
the development of media dashboards, which will allow our in-market teams to
spend more time on performing effective media campaigns rather than on
reporting.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure that insights from our M&E tools are
actionable.
Work closely with
the Digital Hub, which is responsible for data ingestion in the development of
dashboarding and M&E tools. Provide day-to-day technical delivery support,
ensuring that data is accurate, and dashboards are up to date.
Establish and
maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure support and
alignment.
What you’ll have:
- Experience in performance marketing,
with a deep understanding of digital media channels. You are able to
analyse data and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: ability to communicate
complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to influence key
stakeholders; Ability to confidently present plans and ideas, often to a
senior audience
- Analytical skills: The ability to
analyse complex data sets and identify trends and insights that can inform
media performance strategies.
- Technical expertise: Strong technical
skills and knowledge of media tools and platforms, including media buying
and planning software, ad serving platforms, and analytics tools.
- Project management: You know how to
lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet
deadlines.
- Collaboration: The ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, media
planning, analytics, and technology teams, to drive innovation and improve
media performance.
- Understanding of business operations
and the ability to align media performance strategies with broader
business objectives to drive revenue growth
