Job Description
The GER GRPO Manager oversees the delivery of GER Retirement Benefits to participants. The manager sets priorities with the team focused on results across boundaries (Objectives and Key Results - OKRs) delivering GER retirement benefits administration in line with Business Process Management (BPM) practices. The manager also ensures the team has an inclusive work environment, coaches and develops employees, and manages performance in line with our cultural values. Other management and team responsibilities include ensuring internal customer retirement benefits queries are resolved; managing and leveraging vendors to support our benefits and participants; influencing and establishing retirement benefits policies; partnering closely with Senior Management, Business HR, Compensation and Benefits Design, Payroll, HR Global Operations, Legal, Tax and others to deliver retirement benefits to participants in compliance with laws and regulations wherever we do business. Additionally, this manager often leads or participates in human resource strategic planning and organizational development. This manager must use sound judgment and data driven decision making in all situations and with all levels of personnel.
