Position Overview
The Operations team is looking to hire a Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst to support the growing Sales function at Diligent.

This person will help ensure that strategies, plans, and operating processes are executed in a timely, scale-able, efficient, high quality and repeatable manner.

We are looking for someone with exceptionally strong process and systems orientation to support the functions related to sales commission and incentives administration and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Manager of Incentive Compensation to calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions and incentives in Xactly for a global team of Sales and Customer Success representatives.
• Listen to, triage, process and resolve questions from the Sales team and serve as the primary point of contact regarding the calculation of their commissions.
• Maintain accurate quotas, rates and team hierarchy in Xactly.
• Manage plan exception requests and escalate as required.
• Facilitate regular reporting to Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payout of commissions and incentives.
• Conduct reviews of commission data to ensure accuracy.
• Research and analyze data to prepare employee compensation reports for management.
• Make continuous process improvements to seek further efficiencies.

Required Skills/Experience

• Experience with Xactly or similar commission automation tool required.
• An interest in sales compensation and a desire to work in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and an ability to handle multiple assignments.
• A ‘systems’ thinker with a process orientation.
• Familiarity with basic Finance & Accounting terminology and processes.
• High degree of comfort working with sensitive & confidential data.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills required.

• 2 years of experience (ideally in an Analyst or Sales Operations role) with a strong work ethic.
