What you’ll do

  • Identify ways to evolve our approach to People Experience. Focus on understanding our people and cultural environment(s) so that we build solutions that are right for the division – building what we need, when we need it.

  • Advocate and embed a human-centred approach, using design thinking and Agile.

  • Working closely with the Analytics team, use people data, metrics and insight to aid and understand what our people need, making recommendations to shape the People strategy

  • Facilitate user testing sessions to help close gaps in purely quantitative analytics and define what success looks like in testing new people products.

  • Take the lead on designing and delivering some People Experience initiatives, leading ‘virtual squads’ and keeping the wider team and business partners informed of progress.

  • Keep up to date with what other companies are doing externally to enhance the employee experience, aiming to lead the way in how to approach and deliver an exceptional people experience.

How you’ll do it

  • Be customer obsessed and have a passion for people and culture

  • Experienced in working with Agile methodologies. A background in Product, User Research, User Experience Design, Business Analysis or Agile HRs would all be beneficial

  • Experienced in using data and insight to make recommendations for change and get agreement from Senior Leaders

  • Able to evidence the application of user journey mapping and an ability to critique, question and challenge assumptions. Using a test and learn approach and apply iterative development

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and excite virtual/pop up teams to deliver on an initiative
