Specific responsibilities (including but not limited to)

  • Receive and handle telephone enquiries
  • Communicate effectively with customers and clients
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a confident and knowledgeable manner
  • Where necessary manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Meet required individual and team targets
  • Ready to always act in a compliant and secure manner
