Hollilander Recruitment is currently seeking Healthcare Assistant candidates across Ireland for immediate agency/locum shift work. As an HSE service provider, we offer flexible opportunities across various healthcare settings nationwide.

Responsibilities

- Supporting nursing staff in providing resident care.

- Ensuring hygiene and personal care needs are maintained to the highest standards.

- Assisting residents with eating, drinking, and mobilizing using correct aids.

- Implementing person-centered service tailored to resident needs.

- Escorting or transferring residents as directed.

- Actively participating in teamwork and other duties as required.

Qualifications

- QQI Level 5 with all eight modules (or equivalent).

- Eligibility to work in Ireland.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in an Irish healthcare/elderly care setting.

- Enthusiastic, caring, and reliable.

- Flexible to work various shifts.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
