Purpose of Role:

We are currently looking for a Commercial Boiler Maintenance Technician to join our large
Maintenance Team which focuses primarily on the mechanical services. The successful candidate
will demonstrate excellent technical skills and proven experience in all aspects of Gas Boilers, HVAC
Units, other gas related and plumbing services. This role is based in Dublin and surrounding areas.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carrying out preventative maintenance on Commercial, Hospital, Healthcare Sites
• Ensure that the work complies with site safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, while promoting Tritech as an employer of
choice.
• Liaise with the service desk and respond to all non-technical and technical queries in a timely
manner to ensure conformance with the relevant Service Level Agreement.
• Maintain an internal ‘Best Practice’ regime and encourage continuous improvements.
• Provide cover to sites for out of hours situations on a rotational basis
• Ability to work within set time scales

Role Requirements:

• Relevant trade qualification and/or third level qualification essential
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role essential
• Strong Commercial Boiler fault finding is essential
• Gas fired AHU experience an advantage
• Good communication skill
• Safe pass
• OFTEC Certification an advantage but not necessary
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
• Good knowledge of HVAC plant and controls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Full Driver’s Licence required
• Plumbing & Commercial heating experience required
• This role may require Garda vetting for access to certain client sites. Engineers assigned to
these sites must undergo and obtain satisfactory Garda clearance in order to carry out their
duties.
