Mobile HVAC Maintenance Operative

We are seeking an ambitious Mobile HVAC Maintenance Operative to join our maintenance team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting mechanical, Electrical and HVAC engineers
in carrying our maintenance, repairs, across various facilities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain
experience in a dynamic technical environment with ongoing professional development. This role is
based in Dublin and includes a company vehicle, as travel between suppliers and sites will be
required.
• Support mechanical maintenance works including general plumbing, PPM, and pipework.
• Assist in electrical maintenance, including PPM checks, installation of conduit, brackets, and
other minor works.
• Carry out HVAC support tasks, such as filter changes and general preventive maintenance.
• Assist in clearing waste and maintaining cleanliness following project completion.
• Manage and assist with supplier deliveries as required.
• Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools.
• Work safely at height or in confined spaces (training provided).
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the maintenance stores.
• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities environment preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Manual Handling and Safe Pass a requirement
• Full Driving Licence a must
