As a graduate at DACHSER you will be provided with opportunities to gain in-depth industry knowledge. DACHSER will prepare you for every task. Throughout your training and studies, you will be closely guided by our mentors to create a development programme that is tailored to your needs. No matter which area of our operations you prefer, we will support you on your way to a successful future.
A DACHSER graduate will be introduced to each business unit, learning DACHSER principles & standards. You’ll be provided with all the necessary training across all departments, gaining a full and fantastic insight into the entire DACHSER forwarding process.
You will move through various training rotations with intensive blocks on core topics. Throughout the rotations, subject areas are explored in greater depth with predefined tasks & learning objectives creating a well-rounded & full understanding of DACHSER. Each rotation is concluded with a presentation of the task and results found, you may be presenting your findings to Managing Directors, General & Branch Managers, HR Managers & the relevant heads of departments.
There are also opportunities for assignments in DACHSER branches overseas with clear learning or project objectives.
Desired skills / Education:
• Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Management or similar
• Work experience in the logistics industry (desired)

What is the expected career progression?
Successful graduates are placed within the business in an area or department of their choosing. They’re often fast-tracked into management positions or business development projects.

Starting Salary - €28,000-€32,000pa
