Job Descriptions

The CFD is responsible for the delivery of the business targets which have been set out and agreed by the Company leadership team.

• Production of timely and accurate management accounts, accurate and timely financial forecasts and budgets, and financial accounts.

• Providing strategic financial leadership to the organisation

• Ensure efficient and effective management of company finances through all necessary financial controls, systems and processes

• Development of key KPI’s for reporting and operational management

Provide business insight to Internal Stakeholders and decision makers with insightful information to optimize decisions and challenge when required

• Evaluate and appraise investments, capital expenditures and financing of projects and provide guidance and recommendation

• Carry out analysis of the business including external environment to support sales growth and improve/protect profitability • Provision and completion of external stakeholder information

• To interpret data and offer recommendations to management maximising EBITDA

• When required work with Office/commercial control of customer pricing information.

• Reporting of sales performance • Keep abreast of all financial and legal changes which will impact on the business

Leadership experience in an IT, Telecom or Service Industry or similar fast-paced environment is required.

• Experience working in a multi-functional environment Skills

• Strong leadership capability with the ability to influence

• Driven for results and continues focus on improvement.

• Planning and organisation skills to be able run and monitor the key business process

• The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems

• The capacity to grasp concepts easily

• Microsoft office literacy to ensure effective performance reporting

• Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality

• The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and other key stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget at the right time

• The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet deadlines

• The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
