The Technical Business Analyst role is a key position within the automation Centre of Excellence team at Alter Domus. In this role you will have responsibility of analyzing potential projects, designing TO-BE solutions and managing the successful delivery of the automated process.

Job Description:

  • To run various projects of varying complexity and size simultaneously, this entails:
  • Working with business operation teams to identify good automation opportunities to make the business more efficient;
  • To plan, run and project manage E2E the delivery of such projects (manage documentation related to the same, and communication with stakeholders);
  • Produce user-guides, test solutions, and ensure environments and samples are ready for each phase of the project (design, build, test, UAT, control Prod, Prod, Hypercare);
  • To work with different developers that work to deliver such projects on a per project basis;
  • Help run workshops to make employees aware of the power of automation on their daily tasks;
  • Manage E2E projects with a focus on scope, cost, and key deliverables;
  • Identify and prioritize projects according to the team’s strategy, anticipate potential risks and plan and work on minimizing risks;
  • Discover new ways for further automation, scaling current projects and re-using current bots into other solutions;
  • Work with stakeholders and developers to introduce change requirements on on-going projects;
  • Produce reports on automation usage including user’s engagement, time/cost savings, success rate, etc.

Your Profile:

  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst - suitable for Grads with relevant working experience
  • Strong communication/interpersonal and decision-making skills;
  • Experience acting as a liaison or interface between business users and technology team;
  • Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements;
  • Knowledge of Office 365 products such as SharePoint, PowerBI
  • Proactive learning style, highly inquisitive and curious attitude, and excellent track-record of solving complex problems with focus and determination;
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse workflows, documents, data, tasks to deliver automation solutions;
  • Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills;
  • Proficient in brainstorming, suggesting and designing to-be process;
  • Highly capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment;
  • Capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate;
  • Experience in similar role within automation/efficiency projects is preferred / advantageous;
  • Strong in English both verbal and written – competence in writing reports and making presentations to highlight to stakeholder key points, implication of changed, etc.
