Job Title: HV/MV - CSA Site Manger 

Skanstec is a leading player in the energy sector, specializing in high voltage infrastructure projects across Europe. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on High Voltage Site Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for the successful execution of our HV projects, with a primary focus on on-site coordination and efficient project delivery.

On-Site Leadership:

  • Lead and manage on-site activities, ensuring that construction projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for on-site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Site Coordination:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, including managing resources, schedules, and work packages.
  • Coordinate closely with project stakeholders to align activities and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Implement and enforce stringent safety measures on-site, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections to maintain a secure working environment.

Quality Control:

  • Monitor and uphold quality standards through regular inspections and on-site checks.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to address any discrepancies and ensure project specifications are met.

Communication:

  • Foster effective communication channels on-site, facilitating information flow among the on-site teams, subcontractors, and project managers.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Relevant educational background in construction management or a related field desirable.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in on-site management roles, ideally in high voltage infrastructure projects such as substations and underground grid connections.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent on-site coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying on-site conditions and project demands.

Certifications:

  • Certifications in site management, health and safety, and any relevant technical qualifications would be advantageous.
