Behavioural interviews have become a cornerstone of modern recruitment processes, allowing employers to assess not only what you\u2019ve done, but how you\u2019ve done it. These interviews are designed to uncover your past experiences, competencies, and problem-solving skills by asking questions that begin with phrases like \u201cTell me about a time when\u2026\u201d<\/em> or \u201cGive an example of\u2026\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

To succeed in a behavioural interview, it\u2019s not enough to simply describe what happened. You need to tell a compelling, structured story that showcases your abilities and potential. Here’s how to master the art of storytelling in behavioural interviews:<\/p>\n

1. Understand the STAR Method<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The STAR method is your go-to framework for answering behavioural questions clearly and confidently:<\/p>\n
