Her efforts culminated in the launch of English and Soft Skills<\/strong><\/a> in 2019, a company now recognized as a leader in Business English and communication coaching for professionals across various industries in Morocco. Emily’s approach to soft skills development focuses on empowering individuals and organizations to communicate more effectively, leading to significant personal and professional growth.<\/p>\n

Her background in leadership roles at major companies such as Next Group PLC, Dewhirst, and Greencore<\/strong> has given her unique insight into the importance of communication across industries. From steering supply chain management for global brands like Marks & Spencer, NIKE, Adidas, and Ralph Lauren to shaping logistics strategies for leading UK supermarkets, Emily\u2019s career highlights her ability to lead and innovate in diverse sectors.<\/p>\n

A graduate of the University of North London<\/strong> with a BA in Business and Management, Emily is also a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation<\/strong> and has completed the Coaching Skills for Managers<\/strong> program at the University of California, Davis<\/strong>.
