Workforce management platform Rippling<\/a> has established an EU HQ in Dublin, which will serve as a hub for the company\u2019s global expansion into Europe. The move will create 100 jobs initially, with more to follow.<\/p>\n

Rippling currently employs 35 people in Dublin city centre.<\/p>\n

Rippling lets you easily manage your employees\u2019 payroll, benefits, expenses, devices, apps & more\u2014in one place.<\/p>\n

Employees in Ireland will work across a range of functions including sales, marketing, engineering, and product, among others.<\/p>\n

The business has seen significant success in the US since it was established in 2016. It supports over 10,000 customers and its latest series E funding round in April, which raised $500 million, valued the business at $11.25 billion.<\/p>\n

Simon Coveney TD, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment said:<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cThis is great news from Rippling, who has chosen Dublin as its new hub as part of its global expansion. Its workforce management software will help numerous businesses in streamlining their processes. In addition, its plans to hire 100 people is extremely promising and I have no doubt Dublin\u2019s rich talent pool will allow the business to continue its growth within Ireland. I wish the team at Rippling the very best with this exciting new project and ongoing success with their expansion into Europe.\u201d<\/p>\n
