These new reporting obligations involve the most significant changes to the Pay As You Earn (PAYE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees will now also have increased transparency of their pay and tax information, this includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>the ability to maximise the use of your entitlements<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>the availability of real time accurate data through online systems<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>clear information about the deductions being reported to Revenue on your behalf.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When an employee changes jobs or start a new job, their employer will notify Revenue of your start date or leave date through the payroll submission. Their employer will no longer issue a Form P45. They will instead enter a leaving date when submitting details of the employee\u2019s final pay and deductions to Revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the above services are available through myAccount.
