Aramark Workplace Solutions is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Spencer Dock, Dublin 1. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to meet a variety of people and gain experience in a professional environment, affording them the opportunity to hone and develop their skills in facilities management.

This is a Full Time Role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide front of house and reception services for the client directly.
• Handle the client’s reception duties with care, commitment and always in a courteous manner
• Manage and respond to the client’s customer’s requirements and requests to ensure a high level of customer support to Aramark Clients
• Anticipate, welcome and announce visitor arrivals
• Manage visitor access cards and signing in process
• Operate a switchboard                                                                        
• Distribute calls throughout the building, take messages if necessary and e-mail relevant individuals without delay
• Handle couriers and post deliveries and collections
• Keep reception area neat and tidy
• Check e-mails each morning and react accordingly
• Maintain accurate and efficient management information systems
• Book taxis in line with the client’s policy and procedures
• Ensure all activities are carried out are in accordance with H&S policies
• Providing cover in other KBC/Aramark sites
• Note in exceptional circumstances there may be a requirement to assist with other ad hoc duties for the client off reception

Key Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in a similar facilities administration/reception role
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and orally
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
• The ability to communicate effectively, over the telephone, email and face to face is essential
• Experience of working within a fast-paced office environment
• Dependable and flexible, able to work independently as well as part of a team
• High level working knowledge of MS office packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• A good understanding of Health and Safety practices
